About Brad

Not fixing. Not forcing. Creating room.

I came to sound work because I needed space to slow down. Somewhere I didn’t need to have everything figured out and could let the sound carry some of the weight for a while.

That became the foundation of Inner Ascent Energetics: a space to rest, feel, release, reconnect or simply be, without judgement or the need to explain yourself.

Brad smiling warmly in a sand-coloured shirt
“Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is create enough stillness to hear what has been underneath the noise.”
Before Your Session

Arrive comfortable. Leave room for your own experience.

You do not need experience with meditation, sound work or energy practices. Come as you are.

1
Wear comfortable clothing.
Layers are helpful because body temperature can shift during deep rest.
2
Bring water and anything that helps you settle.
A blanket, eye mask, pillow or bolster can help you feel more comfortable throughout your session.
3
Complete your intake and cancellation acknowledgment.
Share any comfort or accessibility needs, or contact Brad privately before your session to discuss participation concerns.
4
Let your experience be your experience.
There is no “right” way to receive sound.
